The Archery Australia Regional Development Program is a framework designed to assist self-motivated athletes in defining and achieving their goals of representing Australia at major international competitions.
Why should you join the AARDP (NSW)?
The AARDP has been implemented to develop squad members to a level where they can qualify for entry into Archery Australia National Squads. The program will educate and prepare archers for the rigours of training as an elite Athlete both physically and mentally. The program will also develop a greater level of opportunity for squad members to compete domestically and internationally.

The Archery Australia RDP (NSW) is a nationally focused program developed to provide a clear pathway for athletes wishing to represent Australia at Olympic, Paralympic and World Championships. The regional development program aims to apply expertise through coaches and other professionals to convert goals into an effective development program.
The program connects the short- and long-term objectives of the athlete, managing the levels of challenge and support athletes are exposed to. Establishing purpose behind training and competition to inform coach-athlete decisions and assist to compile a blend of training and competitive opportunity that meet development needs.
